  • Burnout prevention
  • Stress/feeling overwhelmed
  • Self-care
  • Work-life balance
  • Being more present
  • Finding clarity
  • Happiness and well-being
  • Limiting thoughts and beliefs
  • Goals and dreams

In addition, I have a good understanding of the 12-step programs, so if you are currently in Al-Anon, A.A. or working on codependency issues, I would love to work with you in this way.

Professional background

For several years, I had the pleasure of working with adults, children and families and watched wonderful transformations in their lives. I then moved on to work in a hospital after obtaining my doctoral degree in psychology. I was in a postdoctoral fellowship specializing in neuropsychology when I was sidelined with health challenges. After trying many treatments with little improvement, I finally stumbled upon a program involving psychology, neuroscience and coaching which helped my health and my life tremendously.

Along my journey, I’ve realized the importance of living a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life. I also learned the value of coaching and how much it can help us create the life we want to live. I decided to pivot and make coaching my career. I enjoy combining my skills, tools and knowledge from psychology, neuroscience and coaching to best help my clients.

Personal background

We are instructed on a plane to first put the oxygen mask on ourselves before putting it on our loved ones. When we make our self-care a priority, we can then show up as our best selves for others as well. I have realized that when I practice self-care/self-love, my life works much more easily.
