In addition, I have knowledge of the 12-step programs, so if you are currently in Al-Anon, A.A. or working on codependency issues, I would be glad to include your program along with your coaching needs.

Professional background

I have had the pleasure of working with adults, children and families and have watched wonderful transformations in their lives. I have a doctoral degree in psychology and am certified as a life coach. As a professional coach, I enjoy combining my skills, tools and knowledge from psychology, neuroscience and coaching to best help my clients.

People often come to me feeling stuck. They need clarity about what they truly want in life – to live a life that is enjoyable and fulfilling. I help them gain clarity and then help them to take doable steps to get to where they would like to be. Learning how to practice self-care along the way is always important. I’ve seen amazing transformations in their overall lives.

We all get stuck sometimes. Along my journey, I’ve realized the importance of living a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life. I also learned the value of coaching and how much it can help us create the life we want to live.

I would be glad to talk with you about your needs and see if we are a good fit. I offer a free 30-minute introductory meeting if you would like to connect.

Personal background

We are instructed on a plane to first put the oxygen mask on ourselves before putting it on our loved ones. When we make our self-care a priority, we can then show up as our best selves for others as well. When I prioritize self-care/self-love, everything seems to work better.
