I am a National Board-certified success coach and serial entrepreneur. I earned my PhD in psychology summa cum laude, and completed my postdoctoral training at the Department of Mental Health at The Johns Hopkins University. I specialize in success coaching, small business coaching, and executive functioning coaching for neurodivergent individuals and couples.
I call my approach the “bridge approach”: I will help you build a bridge from where you are now to where you want to be, and I will help you walk over that bridge to the other side and reach your goals.
I will help you process difficult life situations and you achieve your life goals so that you can truly become the awesome person that you indeed are.
I am a biomedical scientist turned serial entrepreneur, small business owner, inventor with a pending USPTO patent, co-founder of Physicians Anonymous, and success coach and law of attraction coach. My coaching focuses on bringing the superpower out of my neurodivergent clients (autism – ASD, ADHD, 2e – twice exceptional).
As a twice exceptional (2e) Mensa member with Asperger’s, I bring a unique and personal perspective of neurodiversity (“living outside the box”) and the quest for achieving success. I have helped countless individuals with ASD and ADHD to supercharge their personal and professional lives, and guided couples to enhance communication and deepen intimacy.
In addition to my work in coaching, I am also an American Council on Exercise-certified fitness professional. I have coached and empowered numerous individuals and families to overcome obesity, achieve sustainable weight loss, and embrace healthier lifestyles.
I find great satisfaction in helping others, and seeing my clients spread their wings and fly. I love grapes and peaches, and I bake my own gluten free bread. I love watching the sunset.
