About the coach

Becc is an Australian doctor and professional coach who liberates driven women from perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and people-pleasing. Through this work, her clients can finally proudly express and assert themselves in both their personal and professional lives. She is experienced in coaching women from Medical School to Consultancy.

She has found that no matter what the level of medicine, professional women are consistently faced with the same human challenges. After years of trying to fit in the box, not rock the boat and keep others happy in the name of ‘doing the right thing’, many women in medicine have decommissioned the sense of agency in their lives – professional and personal.

She works with clients over a 6-month program to develop skills that reinstate this innate ability to create clarity, choice and control. Her clients emphasize their new-found ability to skillfully respond in challenging circumstance and make decisions they’re proud of.

Professional background

Becc is currently working as a Locum Medical Registrar in hospitals across Victoria and Tasmania, Australia. She has worked in a range of registrar roles in including Oncology, Infectious diseases, General Medicine, Geriatrics, and in the Victorian Hotel Quarantine Project. She commenced Physician Training in Melbourne in 2019 before commencing her private coaching practice in 2021 and subsequently pausing training to facilitate this.

Becc’s 1-on-1 coaching program is currently full and she runs a waitlist for those interested in working with her. Contact Becc to hear when the next coaching spot will be available. Becc’s 1-on-1 coaching clients are mainly practicing medical doctors who have an outwardly successful life but choose this work for greater heights, fulfilment or peace. She has also facilitated several physician group coaching programs and multiple interactive workshops on topics such as burnout and people-pleasing.

Becc has undertaken additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Personal background

Becc is a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Capable of adhering to strict regimens and relentlessly pursuing targets, with time it became clear to her that ‘just do it’ wasn’t the complete answer to creating the results in your life. The missing link was mindset, which eventually led Becc to finally learn to harness our body’s reaction to out mind – emotions. After finally understanding that emotions are the reason why we do and don’t do anything, everything became easier and richer. Becc wants everyone to have this understanding & advantage of their mind & body.
