About the coach

I am a simple person who is genuinely interested in who you are and who you want to become, irrespective of labels and titles.

Professional background

I am a general neurologist and a certified professional coach. The grueling medical field has made me passionate about searching for ways to support others in the field.

Personal background

While being a physician is part of who I am, it no longer defines my whole being. Clearing up time and space for other possibilities was difficult, but very rewarding and necessary to thrive in the way that I craved. I am a mother to two young children and a stepmother to a teenager. I am fiercely devoted to my family. My concurrent passions are to use the wisdom of spirituality to support myself and others in becoming our best self, as well as writing.
